摘　　要：机器人用薄壁角接触球轴承壁薄,易于发生较大形变。采用LS-DYNA软件建立了该轴承模型,进行轴承动态特性研究。研究发现,该轴承运转过程中,钢球组稳定运转但时而伴随有较大的速度波动和应力冲击;径向载荷承载区域及最大应力的变化总体都呈现先增加后减小,最终趋于稳定;钢球和内外滚道处的最大应力值及出现的位置一直处于动态变化,并非一直位于径向载荷指向的最下部,整体应力分布沿径载方向最下部处向两边呈波动递减的趋势。对轴承在不同转速、轴向载荷、径向载荷下的振动情况分析,应控制轴承的轴向载荷不超过2500N,径向载荷不超过轴向载荷的两倍,转速不应超过16r/s。Thin-Section angular contact ball bearings for robots with thin rings occur deformation easily. The model of bearing is established by using the LS-DYNA software to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the bearing In the running process of bearing, the steel ball generates the wave of speed and the shock of stress sometimes; The radial load area and the maximum stress of bearing have a trend of rise first and then fall, eventually stabilization; The maximum stress value of the raceway and steel ball has been in a dynamic change, which is not always located the place at which the radial load point. The distribution of stress represent significantly decrease from the bottom to the both sides in fluctuation forms. The condition of vibration in different axial load, radial load and speed is analyzed, to select the appropriate working conditions. The axial load is less than 2500N. The radial load is not more than twice of the axial load. Rotation speed should not be more than 16r/s.
