摘　　要：馆员是图书馆开展服务的主体,而培养素质优良的馆员队伍是图书馆的一项重要任务。文章分析"互联网+"视域下图书馆员的服务现状,对馆员服务能力要素进行分析和归纳,提出图书馆员服务能力的建设机制和提升策略,为图书馆的服务创新和发展提供思路。Librarians are the key factors of library service, and it＇s an important task of each library to cultivate a librarian team of high-quality. The paper firstly analyzes the service actualities of librarians in the perspective of ＂Internet plus＂, and then concludes the element of librarians＇ service capability. Finally, the paper puts forward the construction mechanism and advancement strategy of the service ability of librarians so as to provide ideas for service innovation and development of libraries.
