摘　　要：高校图书馆战略规划能明显提升自身的竞争力。平衡计分卡方法的前瞻性和操作性使其运用于组织战略规划时具有内禀的优势。探讨将平衡计分卡方法用于高校图书馆战略规划,在分析平衡计分卡方法各维度深层涵义与图书馆本身特点的基础上,完成各维度转换,同时结合高校图书馆的实际工作,详细给出了各维度的规划任务以及实施要点。Strategic planning of university libraries could significantly promote the competitiveness of the universities.Balanced Score Card（BSC）,with its great prospective and feasibility,enjoys intrinsic advantage in organizing strategic planning.The paper delves into the employment of BSC in strategic planning of university libraries.On the basis of probing into each dimension of BSC and the features of university libraries,converting different dimensions and taking into account the practical work at university libraries,this paper elaborates the planning task of each dimension and key point of implementation.
