摘　　要：系统地介绍了BIM技术的特点[1],以及BIM技术在工程设计和工程施工中的应用。同时也客观地分析了BIM技术在我国普及的制约因素。对BIM技术在我国的应用发展具有一定的指导意义。The author of this paper systematically introduces the characteristics of BIM technology, and the application of BIM technology in engineering design and engineering construction.
