摘 要:[目的]建立贵州宽叶缬草地上部分总黄酮含量测定方法,确定贵州宽叶缬草兼顾地上部分和药用部位的适宜采收期。[方法]采用紫外分光光度法测定不同采收期宽叶缬草药用部位与地上部分总黄酮含量,并运用主成分分析法确定黔产宽叶缬草适宜采收期。[结果]芦丁在0.010 0~0.080 0 mg/mL线性关系良好,加样回收率为101.02%,RSD值为2.01%。不同采收期宽叶缬草药用部位与地上部分总黄酮含量呈动态变化,由高到低依次为7月份、8月份、6月份、5月份、4月份、3月份,7月份采收的宽叶缬草综合评价指数最高。[结论]所建立的含量测定方法具有操作简便、结果准确、重复性好等特点,可用于宽叶缬草地上部分总黄酮含量测定;7月份为宽叶缬草适宜的采收期。[ Objective ] The research aimed to establish the method for the content determination of total flavones from the aerial parts of Valeri- aria officinalis, and determine the optimal harvesting period of the aerial parts and medicinal parts of Valeriana officinalis from Guizhou Province. [ Method] Ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry was used to determine the total fiavonoids contents of medical and aerial parts in Valeriana offici- nal/s,which were from different collection period, and principal component analysis (PCA) was used to confirm the optimal harvesting time. [ Result] Rutin showed good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0. 010 0- 0. 080 0 mg/mL, the recovery rate was 101.02%, RSD was 2.01%. There were dynamic changes of the total flavones contents in the samples of different harvest month. It was as follows in descending order: July,August,June,May,April, March, the comprehensive evaluation index of samples collected in July was better than others. [ Conclu- sion ] The established method is simple, accurate, repeatable, and can be used for quality control of the aerial parts of Valeriana officinalis. The optimal harvest period of Valeriana officinalis is July.
