西部民营经济长期增长驱动力研究

摘　　要：运用西部地区2006~2015年的年度数据,采用对数据进行时间序列分析的方法,系统的研究了西部地区民营经济增长模式。从发展轨迹看,近几年西部民营经济总体呈粗放型增长态势。从趋势看,发展西部民营经济驱动机制应实现市场因素、资金因素、基础设施因素、外向型因素、产业结构因素、人才资源因素、政策与制度因素等八大因素的转变,探索促进西部民营经济长期增长机制,不断实现规模经济。Using the annual data of the western regions during 2006 -2015 and the method of time series analysis, the paper sys- tematically studies private economic growth mode in the western region. From the developmental trajectory in recent years, the private economy in the western regions overall has been in extensive growth. Judging from the trend, the driving mechanism of the development of the western private economy should focus on eight changes namely market factors, financial factors, infrastructure factors, export - oriented factors, industrial structure factor, talent resources factor, policy and institutional factors, so as to explore ways of promoting long- term private economic growth mechanism and achieve scale economy in western China.
