不同浓度水杨酸对水培白掌根系诱导的影响

摘  要:以两年生草本白掌为试验材料,将不同浓度(0、5、10、20、40 mg/L)的外源植物生长物质水杨酸(SA)分别加入配制好的营养液中进行培养,研究不同浓度水杨酸(SA)对水培白掌根系诱导的影响。结果表明,随着水杨酸(SA)浓度的逐渐增加,其根长、生根数、根活力都呈现出先上升后下降的变化趋势,过氧化物酶活性则表现出由高—低—高的变化趋势,其中对根长及生根数的影响为10 mg/L>5 mg/L>0>20 mg/L>40 mg/L;根活力的变化趋势为10 mg/L>20 mg/L>5 mg/L>0>40 mg/L;酶活性的变化趋势为10 mg/L<5 mg/L<0<20 mg/L<40 mg/L;由此可看出,当水杨酸(SA)浓度为10 mg/L时水培白掌的平均根长、生根数根活力、过氧化物酶活性都表现出最佳的生长势,最有利于植株的生长。Taking two-year-old herbal Spathiphyllum kochii as test materials, different concentrations (0,5,10,20,40 mg/L ) of plant growth substances exogenous salicylic acid (SA) were added to the nutrient solution, the effect of different concentrations of salicylic acid ( SA ) on roots induction of hydroponics Spathiphyllum kochii were studied in this paper. Experimental results showed that with salicylic acid (SA) concentration gradually increased ,its root length ,root number and root activity showed a trend that went up and down.Peroxidase activity had emerged as a rising trend high-low-high.The effect of root length and rooting number was 10 mg/L〉5 mg/L〉0〉20 mg/L〉40 mg/L.The change trend of root vitality was 10 mg/L〉20 mg/L〉5 mg/L〉0〉40 mg/L.The change trend of enzyme activity was 10 mg/L〈5 mg/L〈0〈20 mg/L〈40 mg/L.From this ,we could see when the concentration of salicylic acid (SA) for 10 mg/L, average root length, root activity, peroxidase activity of hydroponics Spathiphyllum kochii showed the best growth potential ,the most conducive to the growth of plants.
