摘  要:为研究建筑施工过程中物体打击事故致因因素及控制措施,基于对近年来该类事故的案例分析、实地调研和访谈,从"人、机、料、法、环"5个方面,提取出18个影响因素。在此基础上,提出一种基于综合隶属度权重—FTA控制分析的方法,以某在建工程物体打击事故为例,分析各因素对事故的影响程度,最后通过计算事故发生的最小割集,确定各影响因素的控制路径,制定出相应的防控措施。结果表明:人的不安全行为权重最大,为0.5331;其次分别是"环、料、法、机"的缺陷。In order to study the cause factors and control measures of object strike accident in construction process, based on the case analysis, field investigation and interview of the accidents in recent years, from the aspects of "man, machine, material, method,environment" 18 influencing factors were extracted. On the basis of this, a method based on comprehensive membership weight-FTA control analysis is proposed. Taking the accident of a construction object as an example, the influence degree of each factor on the accident is analyzed. Finally, by calculating the minimum cut set, the control path of the various factors was determined and appropriate prevention and control measures were developed. The results show that the weight of human unsafe behavior is the largest, which is 0.5331, followed by the defects of "environment, material, method and machine".
