摘　　要：管理干部的素质和能力在构建和谐校园、促进高校可持续发展过程中是非常重要的一环,对各级管理干部进行培训是提升其素质和能力的最有效途径。文章以项目化管理在高校干部培训工作中的运用为视角,分析如何构建高校干部培训工作的项目化管理模式。The quality and ability of the managerial cadres in the building of a harmonious campus, and promoting the sustainable development of colleges and universities is a very important part, and the training of managerial cadres at all levels is the most effective way to improve their quality and ability. From the perspective of the project management applied the cadre training of colleges and universities,this paper analyzes how to construct the project management mode of university cadres training.
