摘　　要：医学影像存档与通讯系统(PACS)是医疗工作数字化的支撑,此系统遵循DICOM3.0标准,本文研究的PACS系统是在综合调研了医院相关科室的工作流程后,结合国内小型医院的实际需求,采用C/S模式进行开发的一个数字化医院的适用的软件,完成了医院中影像数据的存储、传递和显示。本软件使用Visualstudio2008作为本系统的开发工具,采用SQL Sever 2005作为后台数据库环境。The medical Picture Archiving and Communication System（PACS） is the support of digitalization of medical work. This system follows the DICOM3.0 standard. The PACS system studied in this paper is a software for digital hospital developed by C/S mode with the combination of the actual demand of domestic small hospitals after a comprehensive study of the work flow of hospital-related departments and it completes the storage, delivery and display of the image data in hospital. This software uses Visualstudio2008 as the development tool of this system and applies SQL Sever 2005 as the background database environment.
