1H-MRS对正常青年人小脑半球代谢物的定量研究

摘  要:目的利用氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)及LCModel软件研究正常青年人双侧小脑半球的代谢物种类及浓度。方法对20例年龄18~35岁的青年人双侧小脑半球区进行1H-MRS检测,利用LCModel软件对波谱数据进行后处理,分析小脑半球的代谢物种类及其浓度。结果小脑半球的代谢物主要有Cr、NAA、Cho、Glx、MI等,正常青年人双侧小脑半球以及男、女性别之间各代谢物浓度均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论小脑半球脑代谢物类型与大脑半球类似,利用1H-MRS及LCModel软件可对小脑半球脑代谢物种类及浓度进行定量测定。Objective To investigate the metabolite types and absolute concentration of the cerebellar hemisphere in normal young populations using 1H proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-MRS) and LCModel software. Methods MRS scanning were performed on 20 cases of 18~35 years of age young people cerebellar hemisphere. The acquired raw data were further analyzed using LCModel software and the metabolite types and their concentration were acquired. Results The main metabolite types of cerebellar hemisphere included Cr, NAA, Cho, Glx and MI. There were no significant difference of the concentration between bilateral cerebellar hemispheres as well as between male and female in the normal young populations. Conclusion The metabolite types of the cerebellar hemisphere are similar with that of the brain, and the combined use of 1H-MRS and LCModel software are capable of determine the metabolite types and absolute concentrations of the cerebellar hemisphere.
