摘　　要：阐述了尿流改道腹壁造口病人出院后延续护理的现状,探讨延续护理在尿流改道腹壁造口护理中的发展及应用,旨在总结延续护理的研究成果,为尿流改道腹壁造口病人出院后建立连续、系统、规范的延续护理模式提供参考,以改善病人术后的生活质量。This paper expounded the status quo of transitional nursing after urinary diversion and abdominal sigmoidostomy,explored the development and application of transitional nursing in urinary diversion and abdominal sigmoidostomy,to summarize the research results of transitional nursing care,and to provide a reference for continuous,systematic and standardized transitional nursing mode after the patients with urinary diversion and abdominal sigmoidostomy,so as to improve their postoperative quality of life.
