摘 要:[目的]探讨社会支持对护理本科生心理弹性的影响。[方法]采用分层抽样方法抽取某医学院护理本科生756人作为研究对象,采用社会支持评定量表、心理弹性量表对护理本科生进行调查。[结果]不同年级护理本科生在主观支持、对支持的利用度和社会支持总分比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),低年级护理本科生的社会支持得分略低于高年级护理本科生。护理本科生心理弹性总分为(61.81±4.46)分,条目均分为2.45分,说明护理本科生心理弹性总体处于中等水平。社会支持与护理本科生心理弹性具有相关性。[结论]社会支持与护理本科生心理弹性密切相关,护理教育者应重视护理本科生的社会支持,以提高护理本科生的心理弹性水平。Objective:To probe into the impact of social support on the resilience of nursing undergraduates.Methods:A total of 756 nursing undergraduates in a nursing college were selected as the research objects by using stratified sampling method.The Social Support Rating Scale and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CDRISC)were used to investigate nursing undergraduates.Results:Different grades of undergraduates in the subjective support,the support of the utilization and social support scores were statistically significant different(P〈0.05),and low-level nursing undergraduates have slightly lower social support scores than undergraduates.The total score of resilience of nursing undergraduates was(61.81±4.46),average score of entries wsa 2.45,indicating that the overall level of resilience of nursing undergraduates is at a moderate level.Conclusions:Nursing educators should pay attention to the social support of nursing undergraduates to improve the resilience of nursing undergraduates.
