新婚性勃起功能障碍病人疾病不确定感与应对方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨新婚性勃起功能障碍病人疾病不确定感水平与应对方式的相关性。[方法]采用描述性相关性研究,应用中文版Mishel的疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)与Jalowiec应对方式量表(JCS)进行问卷调查。[结果]新婚性勃起功能障碍病人疾病不确定感总分为(67.92±7.36)分,不确定性维度得分为(42.45±7.16)分,复杂性维度得分为(26.01±1.66)分,均处于中等水平。病人以乐观、寻求支持、勇敢面对为主要的应对方式,分别为(1.83±0.36)分、(1.61±0.28)分、(1.59±0.64)分。新婚性勃起功能障碍病人疾病不确定感总分与感情冲动(r=0.312)、宿命(r=0.317)、逃避(r=0.340)、保守(r=0.367)应对方式呈正相关(P<0.05);与勇敢面对(r=-0.307)、寻求支持(r=-0.314)、乐观(r=-0.342)、自我依赖(r=-0.314)应对方式呈负相关(P<0.05)。[结论]新婚性勃起功能障碍病人疾病不确定感处于中等水平,以积极应对方式为主。疾病不确定感与消极应对方式呈正相关,与积极应对呈负相关,医护人员应坚持针对性与有效性的护理原则,为病人提供引导性信息支持,做好个体化护理工作,帮助更多病人采取积极应对方式,降低疾病不确定感。Objective：To probe into the correlation between the level of uncertainty in illness and coping style in newly married patients with erectile dysfunction.Methods：Descriptive correlation study was carried out.The Chinese version of Medical Uncertainty Inventory Scale（MUIS）and Jalowiec Coping Scale（JCS）were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results：The total score of uncertainty in illness of newly married patients with erectile dysfunction score was（67.92±7.36）,the uncertainty dimension was（42.45±7.16）and the score of complexity dimension was（26.01±1.66）,both in the middle level.The main coping styles included optimism,seeking support and bravery,respectively（1.83±0.36）,（1.61±0.28）,（1.59±0.64）.The total score of uncertainty in illness in newly married patients with erectile dysfunction were positively related wo coping styles（P〈0.05）,they were emotional arousal（r=0.312）,fate r=0.317,avoidance（r=0.340）and conservatism（r=0.367）.and negatively related to brave coping（r=-0.307）,seeking support（r=-0.314）,optimism（r=-0.342）and self reliance（r=-0.314）（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：In newly married patients with erectile dysfunction,the uncertainty in illness was in the middle level,and the positive coping style was their main coping style.The uncertainty in illness was positively related to the negative coping style,and negatively correlated with the positive coping style.Medical staff should adhere to the principles of pertinence and effectiveness,provide guidance information for patients,do individualized nursing work,help more patients to adopt positive coping style and reduce the uncertainty in illness.
