摘　　要：新时代背景下,学习弘扬雷锋精神,关键是要使之时代化、大众化、常态化。应努力彰显雷锋精神的时代价值,使之真正时代化;积极创新雷锋精神大众化的方法途径,使之真正大众化;精心耕耘学雷锋的常态化项目,不断创新常态化机制,使之真正常态化。Under the background of new era,the key of learning and promoting Leifeng Spirit is to make it modernized,popularized and normalized.To make it modernized,we must try our best to demonstrate the era value of Leifeng Spirit;To make it popularized,we must actively innovate the ways of popularizing Leifeng Spirit;To make it normalization,we must carefully cultivate the projects and constantly innovate the mechanism of normalizing Leifeng Spirit.
