我国广西壮族聚居区传统体育与健康相关生命质量的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:研究我国少数民族聚居区传统体育人群与健康相关生命质量的关系,分析健康相关生命质量的影响因素,旨在为提高壮族传统体育人群的生命质量提供依据。方法:采用分层和整群抽样的多阶段抽样方法,对近5年来利用壮族传统体育项目进行锻炼的人群进行横断面入户调查。结果:壮族传统体育人群SF-36量表8个维度的评分均显著高于一般人群(P<0.05)。结论:我国壮族聚居区传统体育人群总的生命质量得分均要高于同一地区的一般人群;健康与生活方式密不可分,这为传统体育与少数民族聚居区的关系研究提供指引。Objective： To study the relationship between traditional sports population and health-related quality of life in ethnic minority areas in China in order to provide a basis for improving the quality of life of Zhuang Nationality Traditional Sports group. Methods： A stratified and cluster sampling method was used to investigate the cross section of the population in the past 5 years. Results： The total quality of life of Zhuang nationality traditional sports group was better than that of general population（ P〈0. 05）. Zhuang Traditional Sports Population in the 6 areas of life quality scores were higher than that of the general population（ P〈0. 05）,in these 6 areas,the field of environmental and social relations in the field of scoring had no significant difference. Conclusion： The Zhuang Traditional Sports Group total quality of life scores are higher than the general population in the same area. In modern society,health and lifestyle are inseparable,providing guidance for the study of the relationship between traditional sports and ethnic minority areas.
