摘  要:为明确丘陵区甘薯施用腐植酸专用肥的效果,在大田条件下,以鲜食型甘薯烟薯25号为材料,研究了不同腐植酸专用肥用量(0,225,450,675,900kg/hm^2,分别用HA_0,HA_1,HA_2,HA_3,HA_4表示)对甘薯产量形成和养分吸收积累的影响.结果表明,甘薯施用腐植酸专用肥:1)地上部干物质量随施肥量的增加而增加,而地下部干物质量在各生长期均表现为HA_3处理最大,显著高于其他处理(P<0.05);2)显著提高甘薯不同生长期根、茎、叶、柄中氮、磷、钾质量分数(P<0.05),以HA_3处理最高;3)显著提高甘薯产量、单株结薯数及平均薯块质量(P<0.05),其中HA_3处理鲜薯产量比HA_0增产47.5%.在本试验条件下,腐植酸专用肥的最适用量为675kg/hm^2.For well understanding the effect of humic acid fertilizer on sweetpotato in hilly fields,a series of trials was taken by using Yanshu 25,a sweetpotato cultivar of fresh eating,to test the effects of application dosage of humic acid fertilizer(0,225,450,675,900kg/hm^2,express as HA_0,HA_1,HA_2,HA_3,HA_4)on its yield and nutrition uptaking and assimilation.The results showed that,application of humic acid fertilizer:1)the dry matter weight of above ground parts increased with the quantity of humic acid fertilizer applied,but the dry matter weight of under ground parts was shown to be the largest in HA_3 treatment,and significantly higher than other treatments(P〈0.05)in different growth stage;2)significantly increased the contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in roots,stems and petioles in different growth stage,the contents were the highest in HA-3 treatment(P〈0.05);3)significantly increased the sweetpotato root yield,storage root number per plant and the average fresh root weight(P〈0.05),in which the fresh root yield of HA_3 treatment is more than that of HA_0 treatment about 47.5%.The optimum application dosage of humic acid fertilizer was confirmed to be 675kg/hm^2.
