摘　　要：采用强酸阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,进行了桐油和甲醇的预酯化反应的研究。反应在固定床反应装置上进行,考察了反应温度、反应压力、醇油摩尔比和体积空速对反应的影响,得到最适宜的反应条件为:反应温度75℃,反应压力1.5 MPa,醇油摩尔比10:1,体积空速1 h^(-1)。在此反应条件下,反应酯化率为94.5%,反应产物酸值由5.5 mg(KOH)·g^(-1)降为0.3 mg(KOH)·g~)-1)0。The pre-esterification reaction of tung oil by using strong acidic cation-exchange resin as the catalyst was studied in the fixed bed continuous reactor. The effect of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction pressure,the molar ratio between methanol and tung oil,and the volume space velocity was investigated. The optimal reaction conditions of pre-esterification reaction were obtained as follows： reaction temperature 75℃,reaction pressure 1.5MPa,the molar ratio between alcohol and tung oil 10：1,the space velocity 1 h^-1.Under above conditions, the esterification yield can reach to 94.5%, the acid number of the product can reduce from 5.5 mg（KOH）·g^-1 to 0.3 mg（KOH）·g^-1.
