摘 要:以α-Al_2O_3为载体,经(CA-Ni-P-Pd)+TiO_2和(Ni-P-Pd)+(TiO_2-CA)路径,采用程序升温还原法(TPR)制备了负载型磷化镍(Ni_2P)催化剂,采用XRD和H_2-TPR等技术对催化剂结构进行表征,对其催化加氢脱氧性能进行测试。实验结果表明,TiO_2的添加有效降低催化剂氧化物前驱体的还原温度;相比于Ni_2PPd/α-Al_2O_3,TiO_2-CA改性的催化剂中Ni_2P的晶粒均有不同程度的变大。The α-Al2O3 supported Ni2P catalysts were prepared by TPR mothed. And two different methods including(CA-Ni-P-Pd)+TiO2 method and(Ni-P-Pd)+(TiO2-CA) method were adopted to prepare TiO2 modified catalysts. The catalysts were characterized by XRD and H2-TPR.Its hydrodeoxygenation performance was tested by tube fixed bed reactor. The results show that adding TiO2 can lower the reduction temperature of precursors effectively. And the size of Ni2P grains in TiO2-CA modified catalysts is bigger than that in Ni2PPd/α-Al2O3.
