摘　　要：分析喷砂机的工作原理,研究影响喷砂机工作效率的主要因素,通过多次研究并进行实际的喷砂试验对喷砂机进行升级改造设计出连续加砂型喷砂机,可不停机加料,大幅提高喷砂生产效率,并提出目前使用的连续加砂型喷砂机在工作时待改进的不足之处,指出后续的研究方向。The working principle of sand blaster is analyzed and the main factors affecting the efficiency of sand blaster are studied. A continuous sand-feeding sand blaster is designed by a great number of studies and sand blaster tests. This sand blaster need not to close down to charging and can greatly increase productivity. The shortcomings of the continuous sand- feeding sand blaster are put forward and the future research direction is pointed out.
