摘　　要：某矿选煤厂针对密封泵难以解决的泄漏问题,在部分煤泥水处理系统LKG型矿浆泵上安装AIGI集装式机械密封。将盘根密封改为机械密封,该厂解决了泵因密封缺陷造成的泄漏难题,提高了设备运行的稳定性,改善了现场环境,降低了设备检修频率、维修成本和职工劳动强度。A coal preparation plant for difficult to solve the problem of the sealing leakage of pump, AIGI container type mechanical part installed in coal slurry treatment system of LKG type slurry pump seal. Packing seal to mechanical seal, the leakage problem caused by pump factory to solve the defects of the seal, improve the running stability of the equipment, improve the environment, reduce the the frequency of maintenance equipment, maintenance cost and labor intensity of workers.
