花生壳活性炭基产氢催化剂性能研究

摘　　要：生物质活性炭作为载体制备产氢催化剂可应用于便携式氢燃料电池领域,解决氢燃料电池动力不足问题,能变废为宝,具有很好的环境、社会和经济效益.采用花生壳生物质废弃物为原料,在流化床中经炭化、活化制备成生物质活性炭,并将其作为载体负载Co-B催化剂.将该炭基Co-B催化剂用于催化NaBH4水解制氢,考察了不同炭化时间、炭化温度、活化时间、活化温度等因素对生物质炭基Co-B催化剂的产氢性能影响.利用SEM和EDX对活性炭和催化剂的形貌及结构进行表征分析.结果表明:炭化温度为400℃、炭化时间1h,活化温度800℃,活化时间为2h时所制得活性炭基催化剂的性能远远优于商业活性炭基Co-B产氢催化剂,其平均产氢速率可以达到3 200mL·min^(-1)·g^(-1) Co-B催化剂.Biomass-converted activated carbon as a support of the preparation of hydrogen production catalyst is suitable for portable hydrogen fuel cell fields to solve the problem of insufficient hydrogen fuel battery power and provide a way to turn waste into potential environmental and economical benefits.Peanut shell biomass was processed to get carbonized and activated in a fluidized bed,and Co-B was impregnated into the biomass-converted activated carbon to form a carbonsupported Co-B catalyst.The carbon-supported Co-B was used to catalyze the NaBH_4 hydrolysis hydrogen generating and examined the effects of the temperature and time of carbonization and activation on hydrogen generating performance of these activated carbon supported Co-B catalysts.The morphology and structure of activated carbon and catalyst were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy（SEM）and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy（EDX）.The result shows that the optimal temperature and time for carbonization and activation of peanut shell were 400 ℃,1h,and800 ℃,2 h,respectively.Compared this catalyst with commercial activated carbon-supported catalysts,the produced activated carbon under this condition exhibited much better hydrogen generating performance when supported with Co-B,and the highest hydrogen generation rate was 3200mL·min^（-1）·g^（-1）Co-B catalyst.
