摘 要:以水杨醛和三乙基四胺为原料,通过缩合反应合成多胺类Schiff碱配体,并得到了该配体的晶体结构,将配体与Mg(NO_3)_2·6H_2O作用合成三水杨醛三乙基四胺合镁金属配合物.通过测定其熔点、摩尔电导率、红外光谱及紫外光谱等对配合物结构进行了初步表征.利用荧光光谱法研究了所合成的镁金属配合物与牛血清蛋白的相互作用,结果表明该金属配合物可使牛血清蛋白的荧光发生猝灭,且在1×10^(-6)~7×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1)浓度范围内为静态猝灭.The ligand is synthesized with salicylaldehyde and triethylenetetramine by condensation reaction. Then the new metal coordination of magnesium with trisalicylaldehyde triethylenetetramine has been synthesized through the reaction between the ligand and magnesium nitrate hexahydrate. To find out its possible structure, the melting point, molar conductivity,IR and Fluorescence spectra of the ligand and the metal coordination have been determined. Meanwhile, the rate of the ligand and metal ion has been measured by Ultraviolet spectra. The purpose of synthesizing this coordination lies in studying the interaction of the metal coordination and bovine serum albumin(BSA) through Fluorescence spectra,which can provide the new drug's exploiting and developing with valuable information.
