摘　　要：目的探讨三种不同群体的家庭功能的差异。方法采用家庭功能量表(FAD)对58例抑郁症患者(病例组)、59名精神卫生中心的医护人员(医护组)和41名大学生(大学生组)进行家庭功能问卷调查。结果独生子女FAD中角色和情感反应评分低于非独生子女(P<0.05),已婚患者FAD中问题解决、沟通、情感反应和总的功能评分低于未婚及其他者(P<0.05)。病例组、医护组及大学生组FAD评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步事后检验分析,结果发现病例组FAD各维度评分均高于大学生对照组(P<0.05),病例组FAD沟通和情感反应维度评分高于医护组(P<0.05),医护组问题解决、行为控制、总的功能维度评分高于大学生组(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者的家庭功能状况较差,医护人员的家庭功能亦不容乐观。对抑郁症患者有家庭干预的必要,医护人员也需要进行针对性的心理疏导。Objective To explore the differences in family functions among three different groups. Methods A total of 58 patients with depression（ patients group）,59 psychiatric medical staffs（ staffs group） and 41 college students（ students group）were selected and assessed with Family Assessment Device（ FAD）. Results The factor scores of character and emotional response in FAD in only children were significantly lower than those in non-only children（ P〈0. 05）. Factor scores of problem solving,communication,emotional response and overall function in FAD in married people were significantly lower than those in unmarried people and others（ P〈0. 05）. There existed significant differences in FAD scores among three groups（ P〈0. 05）. All the factor scores of FAD in patients group were significantly higher than those in students group（ P〈0. 05）,and factor scores of communication and emotional response in FAD in patients group were significantly higher than those in staffs group（ P〈0. 05）.Factor scores of problem solving,behavior control and overall function in FAD in staffs group were significantly higher than those in students group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The family functions in patients with depression and psychiatric medical staffs are not optimistic. It is necessary to make family intervention for depression patients and provide psychological counseling for medical staffs as well.
