摘 要:根据目前临时接地线管理存在的问题,提出基于多代理技术的临时接地线分布式管理方案,通过压力传感元件监测接地线夹是否可靠,通过挂接地线时电流电压的变化来判断接地点是否可靠,通过注入低频信号并测量回路电流来判断接地线运行期间是否可靠接地。通过多代理技术和物联网技术,实现接地线与运行人员、检修人员、五防机、自动化后台的实时信息交互,实时监测接地线状态,并参与五防校核,实现了对临时接地线状态感知的全员覆盖、实时自检及多平台展示和校核的要求,提高了临时接地线的运行管理工作效率和调控一体化的操作安全性。According to the current problems of temporary grounding line management, a distributed manage- ment scheme for temporary grounding line based on multi-agent technology is proposed. The pressure sensing element is used to monitor the reliability of the grounding clamp; the change of current and voltage is used to judge the reliability of the grounding point; the low-frequency signals are injected and the loop current is meas- ured to determine the reliability of the grounding line during the operation. The multi-agent technology and networking technology are applied to realize the real-time information interaction of grounding line and operat- ing personnel, maintenance personnel, five-prevention machine and automatic background, and achieve real- time monitoring of grounding condition. The grounding line is participated into five-prevention check. The re- quirements such as full coverage of temporary grounding line, real-time self-checking, multi-platform display and check, are achieved to improve the efficiency of temporary grounding line operation and management and safety of control integration.
