摘 要:配电网是国民经济和社会发展的重要公共基础设施,是保障用户供电能力、提高供电质量的终端部分。近年来,各地持续加大配电网规划建设力度,取得了显著成效。但随着新型城镇化不断推进,广大用户对供电可靠性提出了更高要求。县城电网是配电网的重要组成部分,具有区域支撑和示范引领的重要作用,亟需建设与小康社会相适应的县城电网。分析了县域电网供电可靠性现状和存在的问题,提出了提升措施,归纳总结了分析结论,可为各地电网建设与改造,提升县城电网供电可靠性提供参考。Distribution network is an important public infrastructure for national economic and social develop- ment, and the terminal part to guarantee the power supply capacity and improve the quality of power supply. In recent years, the distribution network planning and construction efforts are continually reinforced all over China, and has achieved remarkable effects. However, with the new urbanization advancing, the majority of users make higher requirements of the reliability of power supply. County power grid is an important part of the distribution network, with the important role Of regional support and demonstration leading, so it is essen- tial to construct the county power grid in line with the well-off society. This paper analyzes the status and existing problems of power supply reliability of county grid, proposes the improvement measures, summarizes the conclusions, aiming to provide reference for the construction and reconstruction, as well as the reliability improvement of county power grids.
