摘　　要：文章从公共文化服务的主体性、资源的互补性、工作性质的相似性分析图书档案资源整合的可行性;从服务思想、信息技术、整合范围三方面阐示图书档案资源整合的条件基础;从微博的诸多优势表现提出基于微博平台的图书档案资源整合的实现方式。This paper analyzed the feasibility of books and archives resource integration from the subjectivity of public cultural service, the complementarity of resource and the similarity of working properties, and then demonstrated the conditions of books and archives resource integration through three aspects of service thought, information technology and integration scope, and proposed the way of books and archives resource integration based on weibo platform based on its advantages.
