摘　　要：目的:探讨急性坏死型胰腺炎的整体护理价值。方法:2013年4月到2016年2月选择在我院诊治的84例急性坏死型胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各42例。对照组在治疗期间给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予整体护理干预。结果:观察组的显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的腹痛与腹胀消失时间都明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性坏死型胰腺炎的整体护理能提高治疗效果,加速临床症状的消失,从而促进疾病的康复。[ objective] ： To explore the value ofholistic nursing care on acute neerotizing pancreatitis. Methods： From April 2013 to February 2016, 84 patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group （n ： 42）. The control group was given routine nursing care during treatment, and the observation group was given holistic nursing care intervention on the basis of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The time of disappearance of abdominal pain and bloating in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： The holistic nursing care on acute necrotizing pancreatitis can improve the therapeutic effect, accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms, and thus promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
