摘 要:针对锥齿轮轴冷挤压成形过程中挤压件齿形冲不满等问题,尝试采用一种新的冷挤压工艺,即在冷挤压成形过程中给凹模施加周期性振动激励信号。运用DEFORM-3D有限元分析软件构建系统模拟模型,分别对有、无给凹模施加周期性振动两种挤压情形进行模拟,并进行多方面的比较分析。模拟和分析结果表明,相较于凹模固定不动挤压的金属流动最大速度37.8 mm/s,给凹模施加周期性振动能进一步促进金属流动,流动速度大大提高,最大达到85.6 mm/s,网格流线变形程度变小,应力分布变得较为均匀,增大了塑性变形量,降低了成形抗力。Aimed at some disadvantages of cold extrusion process, such as the dissatisfied tooth in forming, a new kind of cold extrusion process, namely applying a periodic vibration excitation signal to die in the process of cold extrusion, was tried in this paper. The finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D was used to set up a system simulation model, two extrusion cases with and without applying a periodic vibration excitation signal were simulated, respectively. The results show that applying a periodic vibration to die can further promote the metal flow, the flow rate is greatly improved, and the maximum is 85.6 mm/s. The deformation degree of mesh streamline reduces, and the stress distribution becomes more uniform, the amount of plastic deformation increases, the forming force reduces.
