摘　　要：利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对45钢表面堆焊复合金属层的焊接温度场进行三维计算机数值模拟分析研究,得到了不同焊接速度下任意时刻的焊接温度场情况,并进行比较分析,为焊接工艺改进和焊接接头结构疲劳相关研究提供了重要依据。The temperature field of composite metal layer on 45 steel plunger in surfacing process was analyzed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The temperature field under different welding speed at any time was compared. The results were useful to improve the welding process and structural fatigue.
