摘 要:通过定量金相分析显微疏松含量的方法,研究了制样参数对某铸造低压涡轮叶片中显微疏松含量测量结果的影响规律。抛光压力一定,一定时间内显微疏松的测量值随抛光时间增长而增大,并逐步达到一个稳定值。抛光压力越大,显微疏松测量值达到稳定值的时间越短。预磨样品过程中,叶片基体相压入疏松孔洞,使抛光时间较短时显微疏松测量值低于实际值,压入疏松孔洞的叶片基体相在抛光过程中逐渐去除。在显微疏松评定时,应确保抛光时间足够长,以保障评定结果的准确性。The effects of sampling parameters on micro-porosity assessment results in a low pressure turbine blade were studied by metallographic quantitative method. The measured value of micro-porosity increases to a stable value with the increase of sample polishing time within certain period of time when polishing pressure is certain. The greater the polishing pressure is, the shorter the polishing time to a stable micro-porosity measurement value is. Matrix phase of the blades is pressed into micro-pores when the sample is pre-grinding. The measured value of micro-porosity increases with the decrease of matrix phase in micro-pores, and tends to be a stable value when they are all removed by being polished. For preparing micro-porosity measurement samples, a sufficiently long period of polishing time can ensure the accurate measurement of micro-porosity in low pressure turbine blade.
