临床护理路径在原发性青光眼患者围术期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在原发性青光眼患者围术期的应用效果。方法分析咸阳市第一人民医院2014年2月~2017年3月眼科收治的110例原发性青光眼患者临床资料,依据护理措施不同进行分组,常规组50例和临床护理路径组60例。观察两组原发性青光眼患者视力水平、眼压水平、视网膜中央动脉血流、认知评分、生活质量评分情况。结果两组护理后患者视力水平、舒张期血流速峰值、收缩期血流速峰值、认知评分和生活质量评分均高于护理前,眼压水平、阻力指数均低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后两组视力水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其余各指标临床护理路径组均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在原发性青光眼患者中的应用,可以改善患者视力,降低眼压,促进眼部血液循环,提高患者认知和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the application of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative period of patients with primary glaucoma. Methods The clinical data of 110 patients with primary glaucoma in the the First People＇s Hospital of Xianyang from February 2014 to March 2017 were analyzed by retrospective study. They were divided into routine nursing group （50 cases） and clinical nursing path group （60 cases）, according to different nursing intervention. The vi- sual acuity level, lOP, the central retinal blood flow and the scores of cognitive and life quality were compared. Results After nursing, the visual acuity level, EDV, PSV, the scores of cognitive and life quality in the two groups were in- creased, while the intraoeular pressure level and RI were decreased, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Excepted the visual acuity level, other indicators of the clinical nursing path group were better than the routine nursing group after nursing, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway applied in the perioperative period of patients with primary glaucoma can improve vision,decrease lOP,accelerate ocular blood vascular system and increase the scores of cognitive and life quality. So it is worthy of clinical application.
