摘 要:为评价OBS型氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂对水生态的安全性,采用急性毒性标准试验方法,测定了该灭火剂对两种典型水生生物(普通小球藻和斑马鱼)的毒性。结果表明,OBS型氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂对小球藻48 h、72 h、96 h的半数抑制浓度EC_(50)值分别为0.077%,0.069%和0.057%,属剧毒;对斑马鱼的48 h、72 h、96 h的半数致死浓度LC_(50)值分别为6.829%,6.369%和5.978%,属高毒。该研究为氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂的风险评估和环境安全管理提供了科学依据。The toxicity effects of OBS fluorine protein foam extinguishing agent on two typical aquatic organisms( chlorella vulgaris and brachydanio rerio) were studied by acute toxicity test to evaluate the aquatic ecosystem safety of fluorine protein foam extinguishing agent in this research. The results showed that OBS fluorine protein foam extinguishing agent was poisonous to Chlorella vulgaris,and the 48 h-EC50,72 h-EC50 and 96 h-EC50 concentration was 0. 077%,0. 069%,0. 057%,respectively. OBS fluorine protein foam extinguishing agent was highly toxic to Brachydanio rerio,and the 48 h-LC50,72 h-LC50 and 96 h-LC50 concentration was 6. 829%,6. 369%,5. 978%,respectively. This study provides scientific evidence to assess the environmental risk of fluorine protein foam extinguishing agent and its application in the actual accident disposal by the fire force.
