摘　　要：目的:通过比较商洛地区黄芩中黄芩苷含量、黄芩苷总量积累动态和干根增重动态,确定商洛黄芩最佳采收期。方法:采用HPLC法测定商州不同年限不同生长期黄芩中黄芩苷含量。结果:黄芩苷含量在黄芩生长第二年11月份达峰,黄芩根干重及黄芩苷总量在第三年11月份达峰。结论:陕西商洛黄芩最佳采收期在第三年11月份。Objective： To investigate the dynamic changes of the baicalin content, the total amount of baicalin accumulation and root growth in Scutellaria baicalensis from Shangluo area, determine the best harvest time of Shangluo Scutellaria baicalensis. Method： High performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） was used to assay the baicalin content of Shangluo Scutellaria baicalensis from different years and different growth period. Result： The content of Baicalin reaches peak in November of second years, the root dry weight and the total amount of baicalin reaches peak in November of third years. Conclusion： The best harvest time of Shaanxi Shangluo Scutellaria baicalensis is in November of third years.
