摘　　要：云南省镇沅县自2011年开始实施城乡居民基本养老保险,取得了一定成效,同时也存在一些亟待解决的问题。本文通过到镇沅县大井村进行调查问卷发放,收集相关数据进行分析,借鉴参考相关研究成果和政策文件,对制度运行现状进行了分析,针对所发现问题提出相关建议对策,以期制度能不断完善,切实改善城乡居民的养老问题。Zhenyuan County of Yunnan province began to implement the urban and rural residents basic pension insurance since 2011,has achieved some success, but there are some problems to be solved. This article through the investigation questionnaire in Dajing Village,Zhenyuan County, collected relevant data for analysis, analyzed the application status of the system with the reference to relevant research results and policy documents, and according to the problems put forward relevant suggestions, in order to constantly improve the system, and improve the pension problems of urban and rural residents.
