摘　　要：基于新疆测震台网2009年以来使用的"十五"Jopens系统,介绍了新疆地震速报工作流程并对新疆地区2009年以来速报的ML5.0以上的57个地震进行重新定位,结合新疆地震台站分布,从JOPENS/MSDP软件应用的定位方法与操作技巧,速报技能训练等方面进行分析,提出了提升新疆台网地震速报质量的实用方法。Based on the Jopens system of the “ Tenth Five-year Plan” used in the Xinjiang seismic network since 2009,this paper introduce the Xinjiang earthquake speed reporting workflow. Furthermore, 57 ML≥ 5. 0 earthquakes located through rapid reporting since 2009 are relocated, and then combining with the sta-tion distribution of Xinjiang, the Locate method and operation skill, speed report skill training and other aspects of the JOPENS/MSDP software are analyzed. Finally, a practical quality improvement method for earthquake rapid reporting of the Xinjiang seismic network is provided.
