负荷运动对女性血清炎性因子的调节作用

摘　　要：选择某大学女研究生90名作为研究对象,随机将其划分成高负荷强度运动组、中等负荷强度运动组和对照组。对照组在实验期间不进行任何运动,高负荷强度运动组和中等负荷强度运动组在功率自行车上进行不同负荷强度运动。实验后高负荷强度运动组体重、腰围、肺活量和对照组与实验前相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),臀围、TNF-α浓度和对照组与实验前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),IL-1、IL-6浓度、Cor浓度均非常显著性低于对照组及实验前(P<0.01)。中等负荷强度运动组腰围和肺活量与对照组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),体重和对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),IL-6、TNF-α浓度显著性低于对照组及实验前(P<0.05),Cor浓度显著性高于对照组与实验前(P<0.05)。负荷强度运动有助于成年女性血清炎性因子的调节,不同负荷强度的调节效果不同。Female graduate students 90 a university as the research object,randomly divided into high intensity exercise group,moderate intensity exercise group and control group. The control group during the experimental period without any movement,high load exercise group and a moderate load intensity exercise group exercise at different intensities in power bicycle. After high load intensity exercise group body weight,waist circumference,vital capacity and the control group compared with before there was a significant difference（ P 0. 01）,hip circumference,serum level of TNF-and the control group compared with before there was significant difference（ P 0. 05）,IL-1,IL-6 and Cor concentrations were significantly lower than those in control group and before the experiment（ P 0. 01）. There was a significant difference between the medium load intensity exercise group waist and vital capacity compared with the control group（ P 0. 01）,there was significant difference in body weight compared with the control group（ P 0. 05）,IL-6,TNF-concentrations were significantly lower than those in control group and before the experiment（ P 0. 05）,the concentration of Cor was significantly higher than that of the control group before the experiment（ P 0. 05）. The intensity of exercise contributes to the regulation of adult female serum inflammatory factors,different effect of different load strength.
