男女平等价值观的理论内涵解析

摘　　要：澄明和把握男女平等价值观的理论内涵是关涉男女平等价值观的认知、认同、确立、践行的根基性的理论前提问题。男女平等价值观,是不同于男尊女卑、男主女从、男强女弱、男外女内等落后陈腐性别观念的一种具有平等理念的性别观。男女平等价值观指人们对男女两性的人格与尊严以及两性在家庭和社会领域中的能力与价值、角色与分工、权利与责任、机会与结果进行认知和评判时持平等的态度和看法。其包含有机统一的5个方面:第一,女性是具有独立人格、尊严、价值和社会贡献的人;第二,男女两性是平等、和谐、包容、共享的依存关系;第三,男女两性全面参与平等、文明、和谐家庭建设;第四,男女两性全面投身于中国特色社会主义伟大事业;第五,女性是生态环境保护不可缺少的重要生力军。The clarification and grasping of the connotation of gender equality values is basic theoretical premise for the cognition,identification,establishment and practice of gender equality. Gender equality values are a set of views of gender equality,different from the obsolete views of ＂men are superior to women＂＂men are dominating＂＂women are subordinate to men＂＂men being responsible for external affairs and women for internal＂and so on. In short,gender equality values are beliefs in judging or evaluating the personality and dignity,roles and division,right and responsibility,opportunity and results of men and women in family and society. Concretely speaking,its connotation includes five integrated aspects： Firstly,females possess independent personality,dignity,value and social contribution. Secondly,men and women are mutually equal,harmonious,tolerant and sharing. Thirdly,men and women fully participate in the construction of equal,civilized and harmonious families. Fourthly,men and women both devote to the great cause of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Fifthly,females are an indispensable force of ecological protection.
