摘　　要：习近平总书记在治国理政过程中不断强调权力规范、制度建设、理想信念建设,提高党的执政能力和执政水平,推进国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化,为实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦奠定政治基础。习近平总书记围绕中华民族伟大复兴中国梦,在廉政建设、法治建设、经济建设、生态建设等各方面全面推进,这充分反映了习近平政治伦理思想以人为本、注重民生的价值理念。中国梦是近代以来中华民族梦寐以求的理想,从中国梦到世界梦再到世界命运共同体,深刻体现了习近平总书记家国天下的情怀。In the process of governing the country, General Secretary Xi Jinping still emphasizes the power criterion, system construction, ideals and beliefs construction, enhances governing capacity and level of the Party, and promotes the modernization of national governance system and capacity, which lays a political foundation for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In accord-ance with Chinese dream about the great rejuvenation of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has com-prehensively promoted the construction of clean government, legal system, economy and ecology, which fully reflects the people-oriented and ethical values of Xi Jinping , s political ethics. Chinese dream is the ideal of the Chinese nation. From the Chinese dream to the world dream and then to the world community with common destiny, we can find that Xi Jinping, s heart is always along with the nation.
