社区卫生服务机构开展老年人居家护理服务影响因素的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解社区卫生服务机构老年人居家护理开展的影响因素,为社区居家护理的不断完善提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对10名社区卫生服务机构的工作人员进行半结构访谈,并运用Colaizzi分析程序进行资料分析。结果通过对访谈资料整理和分析后,提炼出社区人力资源配置不足、经济支撑力量不足、社区医护人员的服务意愿、服务对象的接纳意愿4个影响因素。结论为推进社区居家护理的发展,应加大社区卫生服务支持与投入力度,优化社区人力资源配置,提高老年人对社区工作的信任度。Objective To explore the influencing factors of elderly home care service offered by community health facilities,so as to provide evidences for the improvement of community home care services. Methods The phenomenological qualitative method was used and a semi-structure interview was conducted to 10 staff of community health facilities. The Colaizzi method of empirical phenomenology was adopted for data analysis. Results Four influencing factors were extracted,including inadequate allocation of human resources,lack of economic support,community health care workers,willingness to provide and the client,willingness to accept service. Conclusion Comprehensive measures such as increasing support and investment of community health service,prioritizing the allocation of human resources and improving the trust level of the elderly for the community work should be taken to promote the development of community home care.
