摘  要:利用图像软件色彩通道的分色功能对数码纹样进行原色分离,是分层组合提花织物设计模式的重要组成部分。但当图像纹样色调统一时,经通道分色后,一些通道因原色量少而使灰度图的灰阶数量过少,从而影响组织库的替换设计。文章以设计开发基于二纬组合全显结构的单彩扎染艺术风格提花织物为例,研究色彩模式通道分色在数码提花织物色彩创新设计中的应用,提出可根据分色结果选择含色量多的原色通道信息进行提花织物设计。实验结果表明,适当地减少灰度图数量,不仅可以节省显色量少的纱线,同时为显色量多的色纱提供增加密度的设计空间,使纹样色彩的表现更加洁净和细腻。Separating primary colors of digital patterns with the color separation function of color channel of image software is an important part of layered-combination jacquard fabric design mode. But if the hue of pattern harmonize,the number of grey-scale is small in some channels due to small quantity of primary color after channel color separation,which affects the alternative design of shaded-weave database. This paper studies the application of color channel for color separation in innovative color design of digital jacquard fabric via case study of development of jacquard fabric of monochrome tie-dye art style based on two-weft compound weave structure,and proposes to conduct jacquard fabric design with primary color channel information of much color content selected based on color separation result. The experimental results show that appropriately reducing the number of grayscale image can not only save yarns with less color rendering quantity,but also provide design space for increasing density of yarns with higher amount of color rendering quantity,to make the color performance of patterns be cleaner and more delicate.
