摘 要:针对当前装备保障指挥中机动指挥手段缺乏、岸海信息交互不及时、保障全局难掌控的问题,利用BDS具有信号覆盖范围广、可实现定位通信一体化、拥有自主知识产权、技术成熟等优势,研制出了体积小、携带方便、可靠性高的保障装备。研究基于BDS组网、定位与通信等功能构建野外机动保障指挥网络的架构形式、通信协议和通信方案,实现了野外机动保障指挥中的保障态势显控、保障指挥调控、保障力量调度、维修需求采集、保障技术支援等功能,为装备机关和保障部(分)队开展装备保障训练提供掌控保障全局的指挥调控手段和信息交互渠道。Aiming at the problem of current equipment command that mobile commanding measures are absent,interactive shore-sea information is not in-time and overall support is difficult to control,the paper studied to establish the architectural form,communication protocols and communication scheme for the field mobility support command network based on the networking,positioning and communication ability of BeiDou system,in order to realize the functions of supporting posture display control,the security command control,power dispatch,maintenance requirements gathering,safeguard technical support,etc.by using the advantage of BDS that it is possible to develop the small size,portable and reliable supporting equipment because the signal covering range is wide,positioning and communication could be integrated,and it is with independent intellectual property rights and mature technology of BDS.The studied result could help support the command,control and information interaction of overall safeguard for the equipment support training provided by the governmental equipment groups(points).
