摘 要:为探索舰员级维修能力和管理水平的提升方法,在阐述舰船维修精细化管理的定义、内涵,分析和借鉴美军舰员级维修精细化管理经验和做法的基础上,通过对舰船装备保障链条的梳理,对舰船装备信息业务流、数据流的综合集成与融合,提出了基于精细化管理的舰员级维修能力要求,构建了舰船装备维修精细化管理体系框架,完成了舰船装备信息资源数据库组成结构设计和舰员级维修辅助系统总体架构和功能的设计,为提高舰员级维修保障效率,提升舰员级维修能力和维修管理水平提供研究方法和解决对策。To explore ways to ascend crew level maintenance ability and management level,this article has expounded the definition and connotation of ship repair elaborate management, and analyzed and referenced the American warships ' practice and experience of crew level maintenance elaborate management. Through the carding of the ship's equipment support chain,integrated and fusion of the ship equipment's business flow and data flow,this thesis has put forward capability requirement of crew level maintenance based on information-based management,and constructed framework of elaborate management system for ship equipment maintenance,and completed the database structure design of ship equipment information resources,and overall architecture and functionality design for crew level maintenance auxiliary system. This work can provide research methods and countermeasures for advancing support efficiency,maintenance ability and management level of crew level maintenance.
