摘  要:提出了用于描述高分子材料时温等效关系的简化方程,利用制备的聚氨酯弹性体材料检验了方程的合理性。利用关系式预测了7.5 Hz,44.9 Hz和57.4 Hz下聚氨酯的阻尼性能,并制备了聚氨酯自由阻尼结构,测试了这些频率下结构的阻尼性能,结果表明预测结果是合理的。An simplified and new equation,which describing the relationship of temperature and time( frequency) equivalence of polymer materials' property,is given. Based on dynamic mechanics properties of the prepared polyurethane elastomers,the validity of the equation was proved. At the basis of the equation,we predict the damping performance of polyurethane at frequencies of 7. 5 Hz,44. 9 Hz and 57.4 Hz. Then the free damping layer treatment structure was prepared. And its structural damping factor under steady-state vibration at corresponding frequencies were tested. The results showed that predicted and experimental results had the same changing trend.
