死亡仔猪肺脏中多杀性巴氏杆菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

摘　　要：从送检的死亡仔猪肺脏中分离到1株病原菌,经生化试验、动物致死试验和PCR扩增及测序,对该菌株进行了鉴定,同时进行了药物敏感试验。结果表明:该病原菌为多杀性巴氏杆菌;药敏试验表明该菌株对环丙沙星、诺氟沙星和氧氟沙星等药物敏感;对强力霉素、红霉素、阿奇霉素等药物中敏;对杆菌肽、氯霉素和多粘菌素E等耐药。The pathogenic strain was isolated and purified, indentified by biochemical test, toxicity experiment, drug sensitivity test and PCR amplification and sequencing. One pathogenic strain was isolated from lung. After the detection, it showed that the bacteria was Pasteurella multocida. Drug sensitivity test showed that the isolated strain of Pasteurella multocida was highly sensitive to Ciprofloxacin, Norfloxacin, Ofloxacin, moderately susceptible to Doxycycline, Erythromycin, Azithromycin, and resistant to Bacitracin, Chloramphenicol, Polyadherin E. The study showed that the Pasteurella multocida have certain pathogenicity which causes the swine deaths.
