羔羊致病性大肠杆菌病的分离培养及防治

摘　　要：通过分离培养,得到90株致病性大肠杆菌,认为大肠杆菌仍然是造成被调查地区羔羊腹泻的主要病原。对其中75株鉴定出了O血清型,从所分离得到的菌株来看O8、O26、O55、O78、O86、O101、O111和O126为优势血清型。消维康、畜痢灵等制剂对大肠杆菌引起的羔羊腹泻具有较好的防控作用,这与本次的药敏试验结果相吻合。90 strains of pathogenic Escherichia coli were collected by isolation and cultivation. It is regarded that E. coli is still the main pathogen of lamb diarrhea in surveyed area. Among 75 strains were identified 0 serum type,〇8、〇 26、〇 55、〇 78、〇86、〇 101、〇 m and 0m were predominant serum type. Xiaoweikang, Xuliling has good control effect on lamb diarrhea caused by e. coli t, this is identical with the drug sensitive test results.
