摘　　要：回溯港口信息化发展历程,可以划分为起步建设阶段、全面应用阶段、拓展升级阶段和高端发展阶段,从鹿特丹、新加坡等世界大港和我国长三角港口信息化发展的实际情况来看,智慧港口是未来港口信息化发展的目标,信息化是智慧港口建设的引擎。目前我国智慧港口建设的主要瓶颈是信息化不足,存在着港口业务系统信息分散、管控系统相脱节、物流产业链联动不足、管理体制的保障力度尚弱等问题。学习借鉴国外先进理念与经验,强化信息化战略,促进信息化纵深发展,加快建设区域性信息枢纽,储备前沿性信息技术,推进我国港口的全面智慧化建设。The development process of port informatization is divided into four stages： initial construction,system applications,upgrades and expansion of high-end applications. Intelligent port is the development goals of port informatization,and informatization is the engine of intelligent port construction from the actual situation of informatization development of Rotterdam,Singapore and other world＇s largest ports and the Yangtze River ports. At present the main bottleneck of intelligent port construction is the insufficient informatization. There are decentralized information system of port operations,management and control systems of touch,inadequate linkage of logistics industry chain,security of the management system is still weak and other issues. Learn from foreign advanced concepts and experiences,strengthening informatization strategy,promoting the further development of informatization,accelerating the construction of a regional information hub,making a forward-looking strategic technology reserve,maybe promote intelligent port construction.
