摘　　要：为提高战备物资储备法规标准体系建设的科学化水平,在全面分析战备物资储备法规标准体系建设现状和存在的主要问题基础上,提出了制定建设规划、加强力量建设、开展理论研究、统筹安排工作、加强宣贯管理、强化执行监督、加强质量评价等对策建议,以促进战备物资储备工作贯彻依法治军、依法治储要求。The level of military repertory of war preparation material regulation standard system construction should be improved. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and existing problems in the construction of war preparation material regulation standard system,some suggestions were put forward,such as formulating the construction plan,strengthening the potence construction,carrying out theoretical research,the overall arrangement of work,strengthening management,strengthening the implementation of publicizing supervision and strengthening quality evaluation etc.,in order to make the work of War preparation material reserve to reach the requirements of military law.
