摘　　要：有关部门要创新电影产业与旅游产业发展的机制与体制,以市场为导向,以创新为抓手,突出电影企业与旅游企业的发展主体地位,促进电影产业与旅游产业的耦合发展。The related government bodies should recreate the mechanism and system of film and tourist indus-try. Market - orientation and recreation should be emphasized so as to strengthen the leading position of film and tourist enterprises, thus can strengthen the coupling development of film and tourist industry.
