摘 要:目的探讨回馈教学在宫颈癌患者术后膀胱功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法选取我院妇科行广泛全子宫切除术的宫颈癌患者125例为研究对象,2015年7—12月纳入67例患者为对照组,2016年1-6月纳入58例患者为观察组。对照组采用常规健康教育方法,观察组采用回馈教学式健康教育方法。观察比较2组患者膀胱功能锻炼的依从性及膀胱功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者膀胱功能锻炼的依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者膀胱功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者尿潴留的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论指导宫颈癌术后患者膀胱功能锻炼,实施回馈教学式健康教育可提高宫颈癌术后患者功能锻炼依从性,促进膀胱功能恢复。Objective To investigate the influences of teach-back method on bladder function recovery of cervical cancer patients after surgery. Methods Totally 125 cervical cancer postoperative patients were selected as the research object. 67 patients from July to December in 2015 were collected as the control group. 58 patients from January to June in 2016 were collected as the observation group. Patients in control group received conventional health education, while those in observation group health education using teach -back method. The compliance of bladder function training and the bladder function recovery in 2 groups were compared. Results The compliance of bladder function training and bladder function recovery in observation group were better than those in control group and the incidence of urinary retention in observation group was lower than that in control group (P〈0.05). Conclu sion Teach-back method can improve patients’ compliance of bladder function training, and promote bladder function recovery.
